Jaishree Joins Start Young UK board of Trustees

We are pleased to welcome Jaishree Pratap to our Board of Trustees as our Governance and Compliance Trustee.

Jaishree is a highly experienced ethics and compliance leader, bringing a wealth of expertise in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, ethics, and board advisory. With an impressive career spanning a FTSE 100 company, real estate, and highly regulated sectors, she has helped build strong, pragmatic compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Currently serving as the Head of Compliance at McArthurGlen, Jaishree’s strategic leadership and deep understanding of corporate compliance, anti-financial crime, and whistleblowing will be invaluable as she advises Start Young UK on strengthening our governance framework.
